An old client contacted me recently and asked so some Search Engine Optimization for his new Real Estate Website. Of course I said yes as I love to work on this stuff. The only bummer is Abacoa is a community in Jupiter, Florida which is ULTRA competitive! Never the less Abacoa keywords are pretty longtailed and easier to rank for. Plus I like a good challenge. So the first step of the Real Estate SEO Consulting is to take a website baseline, in other words an SEO Audit of the site.
The site was designed by a professional designer so it looks pretty good and is already pretty well optimized. But the website ranks poorly and the resulting SEO Audit went pretty much as expected. A handful of indexed pages and some backlinks. And the website score of 83 is pretty good since the site is powered by WordPress.
